Determination of Structural Damage – This course has been developed to educate the adjusting industry on the new Florida Statute 627.706 (Senate Bill 408) that went into effect on May 17, 2011. Specifically, this course will discuss determination of structural damage based on the new definition. This course is approved for Insurance Adjusters and is a two hour/two credit course
Stucco Failure: Factors That Cause Damage – Stucco has been by far the most commonly used cladding in the past 20 years in Florida. This course has been developed to educate the construction industry on the proper installation of metal building paper, metal lath and stucco. Additionally, it covers several types of stucco failure due to improper installation of components. This course is approved for General Contractors, Architects, Community Association Managers, Insurance Adjusters, and Building Officials and is a one hour/one credit course.
Settlement Related Structural Damage – Foundation settlement causes more structural damage per capita in a normal year than fire, wind, flood, earthquake, or any other disaster combined.
